Exchange & Refund

Got an item that doesn’t fit or isn’t right? No worries—we make returns and exchanges simple. Most items can be exchanged if the size or color is wrong. However, engraved or custom-made items can’t be exchanged or refunded unless there’s a manufacturing fault.

Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • Refunds are only provided if the item is damaged or faulty.
  • If the issue is due to our mistake, we’ll replace the product at no extra cost.
  • If the error is on your part, you can request an exchange by covering a $25 shipping fee.
  • To receive a full refund, you must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Refunds are not available after 5 days, but a replacement may still be requested.
  • After 30 days, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.

Fastest Way to Exchange:

  • Place a new order for the replacement item.
  • Return the original item for a refund.

OR

Send the item back to us for an exchange, and we’ll ship your replacement. Use our online exchange system to start the process. Once we receive your return, we’ll send out the new item—this usually takes a few days to two weeks, depending on shipping.

For Overseas Customers:

To exchange, place a new order for the replacement item, then return the original for a refund.

Combine your exchange with other items in one order to pay shipping just once.

Returns & Refunds

To return an item for a refund, send it back with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Details if the item is faulty

Important Notes:

  • Most items can be refunded, but engraved/custom items are only eligible if faulty.
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery (extended to 30 days after Christmas for gifts).
  • Items must be returned in good condition—tags attached, neatly folded, and free of odors/pet hair.
  • Use secure packaging to protect the item.

International Returns (Outside EU):

Mark the package and customs forms as "Returned Goods" to avoid extra charges.
