When measuring for it, you’ll need three main measurements: waist, hips, and length. Measure your waist at the belly button, hips at their widest point, and the length from your navel down to the middle of your knee. Stand upright to ensure accuracy.
If the sizing error is on our part, we’ll replace your product free of charge. If the incorrect size is due to the measurements you provided, you can still request an exchange, but a $25 shipping fee will apply. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange the exchange.

For faster service, you can choose rush processing for an additional $25, which reduces production to 2 days and delivery within 7–9 days. Refunds are only provided if your product is defective or damaged. If you receive a faulty product, let us know within 5 days of delivery to receive a full refund. After 5 days, refunds are not available, but replacements may still be requested. No refund or replacement is possible after 30 days.
